Suite 499A is located on the first floor of the medical mall at the corner of the main entrance near the information desk. It is 1500 square feet with 2 offices, 1 bathroom, and a break room.

The second location is located on the south east entrance of the mall. This space is a  former quilting room that is 1500 square feet. It includes 3 offices and a large open space. 

The third space is also located on the south east entrance. It has a large waiting area for patrons and includes 3 offices, a large break room, and women and men’s restrooms. This space is 2,000 square feet.

All spaces lease for $11.00 a sq. ft. with an additional $3.30 per sq. ft. for CAM fees ( common area maintenance).
