AllHealth CHOICE
Description
The AllHealth CHOICE Premier Wellness Program currently serves eligible Mississippi residents ages 14+ with Molina, Magnolia, and TrueCare Medicaid plans. Through MyCharlie, members have access to:
- Telehealth and virtual provider visits
- 24/7 nursing support and health coaching
- Medication reminders and wellness tools
- Monthly engagement and health education
- Virtual Health Checks directly from their device
- Support for barriers such as transportation and limited healthcare access
Eligible members may also receive a Samsung tablet with connectivity at no cost to help them stay connected to healthcare resources and wellness support services.
