Hinds County Human Resource Agency (HCHRA) 

Hinds County Human Resource Agency is a public non-profit organization dedicated to helping families and individuals move toward self-sufficiency. For over 50 years, HCHRA has provided vital community services, including Head Start and Early Head Start, home-delivered meals for seniors, energy assistance (LIHEAP), and community service block grant programs designed to empower the citizens of Hinds County.
