The Jackson Medical Mall District is home to the regional headquarters of American Medical Response (AMR). The newly constructed 25,000 square foot facility, located just north of the Jackson Medical Mall on Melvin Bender Drive next to the post office, houses more than 300 paramedics, medical technicians, and support staff. It serves as an anchor for the District’s northern corridor.

AMR General Manager for North Mississippi Ed Powers said, “We moved here in 1997. We believed in the Medical Mall Foundation’s vision then and we continue to support that vision.”
