What is the Young Futurists Project?

The Young Futurists Project is a youth-driven innovation hub, impacting the culture of health through technology, social solutions, and creativity. Using the STEAM approach, YFP seeks to provide training to students in workforce development, foundational skills, and personal skills.

YFP  serves youth grades 3rd – 12th and will support youth technologists, creatives, and advocates with skills to address current, emerging, and undiscovered issues.

Registration is FREE for JPS Students, students receiving TANF/SNAP benefits, and students living in the 39213 zip code. A $25 monthly registration fee is required for all other students. Limited slots are available.  The program will begin on August 26, 2020.  For more information, email
