APPLICATION DEADLINE: Monday, November 25, 2019 at 5:00 PM OR UNTIL FULL

The Jackson Medical Mall Foundation encourages local businesses, organizations, and brands to apply for exhibitor space for the upcoming 2019 Sip, Shop, Social holiday shopping event.  Selected exhibitors will display various types of original products, including locally made, handcrafted, and vintage items. We also welcome medically certified professionals to provide health screenings.  There will be no fee assessed for medical professionals providing FREE health screenings during Sip, Shop, and Social 2019.

Exhibitors are required to apply prior to the event and will be permitted by invitation only. Applications are received and reviewed by the Sip, Shop, and Social Committee.  Application does not guarantee acceptance.  No registrations will be accepted after the deadline. Vendor fee will be accessed upon invitation.

BOOTHS AND SPECIAL EQUIPMENT Note: All booths will be provided a standard rectangular eight-foot banquet table and two chairs (not to be removed from venue). Exhibitors are required to bring their own extension cords and/or power strip to supplement the venue’s resources. All staging equipment (tablecloths, easels, etc.) and any other special equipment needs must also be furnished by exhibitor.
